What you share

When you submit a project brief, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, chosen service, estimated budget, preferred timeline, and project description. We also record your agreement to this notice, a submission reference, and the submission time. Please do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or confidential client data.

Why we use it

With your agreement, we use your brief to understand your request, assess whether we can help, respond to you, and discuss a potential engagement. We use submission records and short-lived abuse counters to prevent repeated or abusive requests. Where the hosting platform supplies a network address, we transform it into a daily keyed identifier for rate limiting. Raw network addresses are not stored in the inquiry database; hosting providers may keep their own operational logs. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing or create a project contract.

Storage and service providers

Briefs are stored in the website’s hosted database and are accessible to authorized site administrators. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and storage. If you choose an email button, your email app opens a message to the inbox operated by Baynari’s owner. Email is handled through Gmail. The recipient is visible in your email app; form submissions do not automatically send an email. These providers may process information outside the Philippines under their applicable service terms.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information while it is needed to evaluate and respond to the request and manage related business records. Information connected to a later project may be subject to that project’s contract and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may contact us to request deletion of an inquiry that is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to or correction of your information, withdraw your agreement to further processing, or request deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations. Use the email contact link above to send your request, including the submission reference if available. You may also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Website technology

Baynari does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this website. Hosting providers may use necessary security, access, and operational technologies. Your motion preference is saved on your device. The inquiry form keeps your current entries in page memory; it does not save a draft to your browser after you leave.

We will update this page when the handling of project inquiries changes. The effective date above identifies this version.
